How long does a platform engagement run?

Discovery is 2–4 weeks. A first production-ready platform typically lands in 3–4 months; full estate migrations run 6–12 months depending on workload count. We scope to outcomes, not time and materials.

Who actually does the work?

Senior engineers with 8+ years of production experience — the people you meet in the first call are the people who write the code. We do not staff juniors and bill them as seniors.

Who owns the IP?

You do. Everything we build under an engagement — code, infrastructure definitions, documentation, runbooks — is assigned to you on payment. We keep nothing proprietary in your stack.

Can you work in security-cleared or vetted environments?

Yes. Our associates have worked under BPSS and SC-equivalent vetting in banking and public sector environments, and we are comfortable with client-managed devices, restricted networks, and on-site requirements where needed.

How do you work with our existing team?
