2. The data we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us:
- Contact form: name, work email, company, project details, and budget band — used to respond to your enquiry.
- Newsletter: your email address — used solely to send the newsletter you subscribed to.
- Careers enquiries: the information you choose to send to careers@naughtydevelopment.com.
Our website analytics are cookieless and aggregate. We do not collect personal data through analytics, and we do not use marketing pixels or advertising trackers.
3. Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and newsletter data on the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Careers data is retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this website and our email (hosting and email infrastructure), each under data processing terms, and where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@naughtydevelopment.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
