Not a job board. A short bench of senior associates we trust with regulated production systems — assembled per engagement, paid like the specialists they are.

We are not an agency and we do not do body-shopping. Engagements are project-based and outcome-scoped: you join a team of two to four seniors, build something specific, and hand it over working. Contracts are outside IR35 where the engagement genuinely supports it — we structure the work honestly rather than optimistically. Remote-first across the UK, with occasional on-site days for clients whose environments require it.

The model is honest in both directions. Between engagements there is no bench salary — and no pretence of one. In return, the work is senior, the clients are serious, and you will never be sold as something you are not.

01 8+ years building production systems

You have owned systems end to end — designed them, run them, been paged for them, and lived with your own decisions long enough to regret some.

02 Production Kubernetes, real cloud depth

AWS or GCP at estate scale, Terraform as a first language, and the scars to know which parts of the ecosystem are load-bearing.

03 Regulated-industry experience, a plus

Banking, payments, public sector. You know what an auditor actually asks for and can build so the answer is a query, not a quarter.

04 Consulting temperament

You can disagree with a Head of Engineering politely and in writing, estimate honestly, and leave a team stronger than you found it.

No open roles at the moment. We keep a short bench of senior engineers for upcoming engagements, and when something starts we move quickly — usually within a fortnight.
